OnQue creates a digital campaign for the launch of Samsungs Galaxy Tab.

Samsung Electronics Australia and Sydney based digital agency, OnQue have partnered to create a digital campaign for the launch of Samsungs Galaxy Tab. The digital campaign included a digital display campaign and the expansion of the Galaxy Tab into the Samsung Smartphone portal. The overall aim was to clearly communicate the key features of the Galaxy Tab which includes its size, its flash player and that it makes phone calls.

Digital agency, OnQue was briefed to create an appealing online digital campaign for the release of Samsung’s first tablet. This would include an online banner campaign and the addition of the Galaxy Tab to the Samsung Smartphone portal. The digital campaign had to coincide with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab which took place in November 2010. The goal was to show the key features of the Galaxy Tab and provide consumers with up to date information. OnQue created a few different banner executions for the digital display banner campaign based on the key features and promotions. Banners created included a gaming execution, video-conferencing execution, navigation execution, flash-player execution and the Australian execution (based on the promotion with The Australian newspaper). The Galaxy Tab addition to the Samsung Smartphone portal provides up to date information to consumers (info on features, specs, accessories,etc) and was developed to be SEO friendly. OnQue’s CEO, Anthony Pisano, is pleased with the outcome.
