OnQue worked closely with CaesarStone to enhance the brand promotion of Caesarstone’s high quality, premium quartz surfaces. OnQue performed a website overhaul allowing CaeserStone to make it work from the other side of the world by centrally maintaining their content in a stylish and unique format.
In the late 1990’s Australia had very quickly become Caeaserstone’s biggest global subsidiary in distribution with all manufacturing continuing to take place overseas.
Ceaserstone approached OnQue in 2009 to provide brand and website development in response to their rapidly expanding Australian sales market. The overhaul performed by OnQue was such a success that the Australian website created waves within the international community with the company jumping 3 to 4 generations ahead of their existing competitors.
OnQue provided advanced information architecture, increasing consumer patience byproviding a 1-click approach to accessing valuable product information.
These leading edge user experiences allowed for communication betweeen Ceasarstones’s back office systems and sales arm which greatly enhanced CRM and increased information flow
Following web and brand development successes in 2009 OnQue continued to work with Ceaserstone on multiple strategic integration projects.
In 2014 OnQue released a brand new generation in the way Ceaserstone engages online, including a new website. The latest version has been developed with the last three years of learnings and we have raised the bar with an even more visual experience with social integration and optimisation.
