The Steadfast Group Ltd has a clear strategy for industry transformation in the Occupational Health market and engaged OnQue Digital to provide the foundation for digital communications in their new business unit, Work Health Options (WHO).
Overview
To understand the WHO story, we’re going to have to start at the beginning…
Jason Thompson, Managing Director of WHO, has been in the insurance industry for an impressive 25 years. In 2000, Jason began working at IC Frith & Associates (founded by Ian Frith) and was involved in the establishment and development of their National Workers’ Compensation division, which entailed continuously improving the service offering to their portfolio of clients at both a state and national level.
In 1996, Steadfast Group Ltd was founded by Ian Frith and Robert Kelly (current chairman and CEO of Steadfast). Steadfast began with an initial 20 to 30 brokers, and has grown into a company supporting over 300 brokers around Australia. Steadfast Group was publicly listed approximately two years ago, driving a need for them to acquire assets. It was this need that led them to the purchase of IC Frith & Associates in 2015.
The team at Steadfast were passionate about founding a Steadfast Workers Compensation division to provide a complete service offering for their members. The purchase of IC Frith & Associates allowed Steadfast access to an extremely successful national workers compensation division, providing a strong basis for a new venture.
Based on his experience, Steadfast approached Jason to step aside from his existing role of IC Frith National Manager Broking & Workers Compensation and manage their new venture, Work Health Options.
WHO provides a professional broking, claims and risk management service to assist employers in the dynamic workers compensation environment. WHO delivers total corporate occupational health solutions including Health & Recovery, Preventative Health, Medical Imaging and complete National General Practitioner support.
Jason’s focus is on taking WHO to the next level, for members and non-members of Steadfast. Jason believes the WHO team offers the ability to do that “because the team doesn’t just sit back and only give high level strategic advice, we get down to the nitty gritty, talk to injured workers, write return to work plans, hold case conferences with doctors and get right in the coalface. Our expertise in all states exists both in terms of claims and the premium side as well”.
The Challenge
OnQue Digital worked with WHO to turn-key this brand new company, working closely with the team to create a company website, presentation, copy and content that embodied the WHO vision.
The Solution
OnQue provided the full end-to-end support from supplying creative concepts through to final production and ensuring everything is mobile responsive. The creative team at OnQue connected WHO’s four main services in the company’s colour scheme to reflect their logo design and develop a brand consistency.
Keeping the site alive and regularly updated was of particular importance to the WHO team. OnQue made this a priority deliverable; building the site with syndicated content through the enterprise CMS and ensuring that the WHO team received full solution training on-site at the WHO offices in Baulkham Hills, Sydney.
