OnQue’s recent work with The Starlight Foundation involved collaboration with statistician and academic Dr. Con Menictas, QOR (Quality Online Research) founder Brain Fine and IT company BOARD.
The Challenge
The project involved deep level analysis of statistical data obtained of Starlight’s regular donors Australia wide. The analysis conducted through this benchmark survey was the first of its kind with OnQue being able to access the readability of attitudinal beliefs and interests of the individual donors.
The Solution
In conjunction with Big Data Mining methods OnQue processed data via Deep Text Mining methods, an innovative approach to net promoter scores, structural equation modelling, discrete choice and text mining.
OnQue is still in the course of processing the data as every day we are garnering a deeper understanding of segmentation and the clustering of attitudes as well as developing additional insights through both structured and unstructured data.
Outcomes
In the charity space the outcomes of this process have allowed us to gather insights as to why people donate, as well as understanding various perceptions of other charities in the marketplace. The overwhelming response to this innovative survey has given us the foundation of innovation and analytics that will allow us to drive insights and discovery into the future.
